Tech Ai-Copilot prioritizes user, dealership, and customer privacy.

Tech Ai-Copilot analyzes only the specific content the user chooses to highlight.
No automated scraping, scanning, or background screen capture is performed.

Users must only capture the minimum necessary portion of OEM procedures, diagrams, or documents needed to ask a technical question.
Tech Ai-Copilot:

• Does not store or redistribute OEM content
   
• Does not restate or reproduce OEM procedures
   
• Generates original, high-level technician guidance rather than copying manual text
   

All captured content is processed briefly for the current response, then discarded.

• Snips and text inputs are processed solely to generate a response for that session
   
• The tool does not store, retain, or sell VINs, customer data, RO details, or OEM content
   
• VINs and identifiers are redacted or discarded during processing
   
• Data is not used to train external AI models
   
• No personal information is shared with third parties
   
• Users must avoid submitting unnecessary customer PII and comply with workplace data policies

Tech Ai-Copilot is deliberately designed to respect OEM intellectual property.
The tool:

• Does not access OEM portals
   
• Does not scrape, index, or store OEM manuals
   
• Does not reproduce or distribute OEM procedures
   
• Processes only user-selected snippets
   
• Produces original AI-generated explanations, not OEM content
   
• Is not a substitute for official repair information

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tech Ai-Copilot for automotive workflow support.
This license may be revoked for misuse or violations of these terms.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the tool
   
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code
   
• Build competing tools using Copilot’s workflow, UI, or prompts
   
• Use the system to train competing AI models

All intellectual property—including branding, workflows, UI concepts, feature designs, and prompt structures—is the exclusive property of Tech Ai-Copilot.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction may result in legal action.

Users agree to:

• Follow OEM repair instructions regardless of AI output
   
• Use Tech Ai-Copilot for lawful purposes only
   
• Not automate or script data scraping from OEM websites
   
• Avoid uploading sensitive customer information
   
• Ensure compliance with dealership IT and privacy rules
   
• Capture only the minimum necessary content when using the snip tool
   
• Understand that the AI will provide high-level guidance—not restatements of OEM procedures

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Ai-Copilot and its creators are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate or incomplete AI responses
   
• Business losses or workflow issues
   
• Repairs performed based on AI suggestions
   
• Data loss or compatibility problems
   

Use is entirely at your own risk.

Tech Ai-Copilot is independent and not endorsed by any OEM, dealership chain, DMS provider, or scan tool manufacturer.

Terms may be updated at any time to reflect new features or compliance requirements.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Misuse
   
• Attempted reverse engineering
   
• Abusive behavior
   
• Violations of data privacy policies
   
• Unauthorized commercial use
   

Users must ensure Tech Ai-Copilot is permitted under their employer’s IT, privacy, and OEM portal policies.
Some workplaces restrict third-party AI tools or screen-capture utilities.
Tech Ai-Copilot does not guarantee compliance with employer or OEM rules.
